About me

 

My name is Andrea Bokreta, I was born in Budapest, Hungary. Throughout my entire life I have been drawn to health topics, and natural medicine. My interest in holistic healing started from trying to help my family stay healthy, to wanting to help others seek a natural balance in their life. I received my physical therapist license 25 years ago in Hungary. While working as a physical therapist I realized that I can help my patients more thoroughly if I can provide them with nutritional advice. In order to do so I acquired my nutritionist license 19 years ago. Combining dietetics, physical therapy, massage therapy and reflexology I achieved greater success helping my clients then ever before. I later started working with pregnant women, and children's dietetics as well, to teach prevention methods of possible health problems for the future. 15 years ago I started learning about Iris Diagnosis, often called Iridology with which I also helped a lot of people.
